Undeliverable - Person or Location unknown
I shipped a FBM order, it now says "Undeliverable - Person or Location unknown". Buyer emailed me asking for full refund. Shall I tell buyer to contact his/her post office? Or refund her and be done with it? It's $70. I can't take a ODR hit any more.
I did buy shipping from Amazon. Buyer said he would reorder with a different address, but how could his old address go through on Amazon?
