I have an Issue regarding my Product Listing. I send my inventory last week to the amazon Fulfilment center. It was showing active But now the whole inventory is in reserved. Please help me to active my product.

Dear Amazon team and all,

1) Is there any legal clause in the seller service agreement which grants Amazon the unilateral right to unlist FBA items from sellers' catalogue?

If yes, can someone share the legal clause please? In the case this was result of a direction from government, can you also please share a copy of the directive?

2) Additionally, on what basis are FBA products chosen to become temporarily unlisted? is it essential vs non-essential, location, F&B, or what exactly is your mechanism to determine what to keep and what to unlist?

Half of my inventory is unlisted and my sale is stopped so I need some proper formal documentation instead of the email comms received by Amazon FBA team.

I have also lost much spending on advertising and would probably pause for some time.

Hi,

We are selling in Dubai and recently started for KSA and we were new to that platform since its all by flex to KSA and one fine day i got to notice that some customers refunded from my statement and when i see i didn't get those returns back to my warehouse and i contacted UAE seller support and they say to contact KSA seller support back and forth so far no resolution and at last i filed Safe T claim in hope to get some claim for these losses because those are five high value laptops. So first they refused saying that these are extend 60 days period for some orders and only for one order they said it will take 7 days after denied that also without provide any details. And the inventory showing delivered to their AUH1 warehouse from KSA which i asked them to deliver to me i don't want refund just return me my inventory and no resolution from seller support. So Finally we stopped our KSA store since we lost more money on it. Nobody try to even help. We are small seller started a year ago and face such losses and nobody shows empathy. Disheartning.

Hi everyone,

Our inbound shipment to the UAE FC had a confirmed appointment on Mar 5, and we already received the confirmation letter.

However, the system suddenly rescheduled the appointment to Mar 14 automatically, even though we did not request any change.

The cargo is already ready for delivery, so this 9-day delay will significantly impact inventory availability.

Has anyone else experienced FC appointments being automatically pushed back like this recently?

Is there any way to request the original slot back or get an earlier appointment?

Hello Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

On 25/02/2026 at 13:33 GST, I received a notification that a transfer of AED 601.43 was initiated to my bank account (ending in 870). The message mentioned that funds may take 3–5 business days to appear.

However, I have not yet received the payment in my bank account.

Could you please check the status of this transfer and confirm whether it has been successfully processed? If possible, kindly provide the transaction reference number so I can follow up with my bank if needed.
