Customer Return our product make a big hole in the main machine and fill water in the bottle instead of fragrance and now amazon team is taking responsibility just saying that it's not in the reimbursement category.

Is it secure to run business on amazon?

We have wasted so much time, explaining an issue to Safe-T Claim team and they only send a copy paste respond.

The customer has purchased 4 sets of an item. The item includes 4 pieces of cake boards. So in total , customer purchased 4 sets which includes 4X4=16 pieces of cake boards. One set had damage during transit. The other 3 sets were fine. So this means customer received 3x4 =12 cake boards with no issue but returned the damaged set( 4 pieces).

But Amazon team look at the picture of returned item and got confused as they see 4 pieces of cake boards and do not understand that this is only 1 set and customer has kept the other 3 sets. (12 cake boards). so they refunded the customer in full. It took us 6 days and we get no where. They dont understand simple math! The assosiate is telling us customer has bought 4 and sent back 4!!!

Im building in a new product and getting an error in the External product ID error.

"The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN"

Even when selecting UPC.

Support claims my UPC is not valid even though i have tired everything and its not working

the amazon team are not answering me and always send reminder even if i have answered them

Any recommended actions to take so we can get this product going?

amazon team said customer return this product mentioned that its defective

so it clearly shows that amazon polies really support fake customer who order goods use then and return then previous same this happened customer return my product after 52 using and customer used it very badly and return as damaged fighing with amazon team for 3 month no use

we are facing issue that we sent 100% real product to customer but she filled a return request and ask its not real we have brand invoices guide us how we deal whit this issue we sent product as FBM
