International Shipping Template (Seller is in Qatar)

Hi,

I am an individual seller registered on amazon.ae and I am based out of Qatar i.e. warehouse is in Qatar.

For any customer ordering on Amazon.ae to an address in Qatar I would like to fulfill those orders with Self Ship. To do so I have set up in shipping template, "International Shipping" to QA.

But inspite of this, the error on the product detail page is " This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location."

Can you let me know what needs to be done to have the offer available for deliveries in Qatar?
