Why is My Delivery Time 1-4 Weeks When Competitors Have Same Day or 2-Day Delivery?

I’m a new seller on Amazon, and I’m facing an issue with my delivery times. My product is taking between 1-4 weeks to be delivered to customers, while my competitors are offering same-day or 2-day delivery. Since my product is very seasonal, these long delivery times are significantly affecting my sales.
I’m using Amazon’s fulfillment services for shipping. Could anyone help me understand why there’s such a long delay and what I can do to shorten the delivery time? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. It looks like the items are still in the receiving process. The delivery time is an estimate based on the receiving time and then the time to send to customers. As soon as the items are fully stocked delivery time should be the prime shipping.
