SAFE-T Claim Denials

I’m writing this out of real frustration after dealing with unfair SAFE-T claim denial, and I believe it’s important to share what we’ve been going through. Maybe it helps other sellers be more aware, and maybe—just maybe—someone from Amazon will finally take notice and address these serious issues.

Bcoz of the couier team mistake easy ship order we lost our product and money. there is no responds from amazon. If you’re a seller who’s been through something similar, please share your experience. And if someone from the Amazon team sees this, we respectfully request you take a serious look into how these claims are being handled. This situation is unsustainable for small and mid-sized sellers like us.

Indeed, your message is correct. We always take a photo of the item before shipping, and in this case, it was sent in good condition. Unfortunately, the item was damaged during delivery by the Amazon courier. The customer returned the item, and we filed a claim. Although the claim was approved, we received only $15 in reimbursement, even though the item’s cost was $26. We submitted an appeal, but it was rejected with the explanation that it was "in accordance with the SAFE-T policy."

This policy feels extremely unfair. As sellers and business partners with Amazon, our interests and investments should be protected.

In another case, a buyer opened and used the product, then returned it simply stating, “I didn’t like it.” Amazon approved the return, and we received only $4 out of the $26 value.

It appears that Amazon is exercising its authority in ways that leave sellers vulnerable. As partners, we expect fair treatment and policies that support and protect both sides of the business.

I have the same issue. I have a refund item but the problem I didn't received my return item I file a SAFE T CLAIM and as per them they deliver it to me . But when I called the emirates post they return it in the warehouse in mussaffa . The denied my SAFE T CLAIM . I lost 1500AED on that 2 item and they don't cake hopefully someone with a higher position see this issue the problem is not the AMAZON the problem is the who do the JOB.
