Returns not received despite showing "delivered"
For a few product returns, it shows delivered. But we have not received the items. I opened a case and upon checking, they told that the return has been delivered and there is nothing they can do from their end.
Few times, we have also received returns that were not ours. So there can be chances that even our products were delivered to elsewhere.
What can be done regarding this?
