USPS Ground Advantage over 1lb not available also 4x6 labels printing very small

Started yesterday again. USPS Ground Advantage over 1lb not available. Also, the Ground Advantage label for under 1lb is printing very small on the 4x6 thermal labels, which in concerning if USPS cannot scan the tiny bar code. Anyone else having this issue?

I don't have a thermal printer, I use a regular printer and it's not printing right for me. I have to scale it down to fit the labels correctly.

I'm going to tag @KJ_Amazon because they have been looking into issues with the switch to Ground Advantage.

I did some testing, and I am getting USPS Ground Advantage (1-70lbs) and Ground Advantage Cubric on some orders >1lbs but not on others. Amazon's algorithm seems to think that those options are slower than USPS Ground Advantage >1lb because it is quoting a delivery date of Oct 18th with USPS Ground Advantage >1lb but with USPS Ground Advantage (1-70lbs) it is showing Oct 20th.

People have been complaining about the size of Ground Advantage labels since its inception. Print it on paper and cut it out until the problem is resolved. Mine printed fine both yesterday and today.

Not always, of course, but usually when an option is not offered, Amazon does not believe it will arrive by the promised delivery date. You need to go somewhere else to print the label if you think it will get there in time. If it does not, of course, the buyer will be able to make a claim and you won't have your purchase through Amazon to protect you.

My windows machine updated a couple days ago and all my printers and default settings changed. Check to see your printer is set to FILL or STRETCH with no margins.

sounds like a printer setting issue. I no longer use Amazon shipping after I found out I was paying 30% more to ship through amazon. They have lowered their rates but still I would never switch back knowing they were earning $3 on average from every package I shipped. I lost thousands to amazon shipping that should have gone into my business and not Bezos bank account.

Haven't had an issue with availability, or printing. We use a Zebra thermal printer with 4x6 labels and no issues. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

Why is it taking Amazon so long to fix a simple printing problem? eBay had this done the first day.

The label format has been a problem since Amazon came 7-weeks late to the Ground Advantage game. It was immediately complained about and a "mod" even said they would "look into it".

Worthless - Amazon has done NOTHING to fix the problem no other mailing program has.
