Where to Submit Identity and Supply Chain Verification Documents for Deactivated Account

I'm reaching out for urgent assistance. I recently received a video call from Amazon regarding identity and supply chain verification. Following the call, I received an email requesting documents for a specific ASIN. Unfortunately, my account has already been deactivated.

I'm unsure where to submit these required documents. Can anyone please guide me on the correct process or point me to the appropriate department or contact information?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I see that you would like clarity on where to submit the documents that were requested of your during your video verification call.

Typically, if you are required to send the documents to a separate email address, you will be notified in a performance notification of which email to send it too. If you have not received guidance for this, then you must submit the documents through the appeal button at the top of your account health page.

As it has been a few days since your post, can you share if you have received any updates on this? You can share the most recent notification you received here so we can take a look.

I am looking forward to learning more. The Forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,
