I was looking for a repricer, that wasn't going to cost me $200/month, for a thousand SKU's, and I stumbled into BQool. Anyone up here using it?

What's throwing me, is I've got some SKU's that BQool will not reprice. When I contact their support, they tell me the only was BQool will begin repricing my SKU's is when the SKU appears on the "SQS Report" that they get from Amazon. They act like I'm familar with that report.

When I asked how I get my SKU on that report, they tell me someone on the listing needs to change their price.

So, they tell me I need to manually change my price on Amazon, by a penny, so that it appears on this report. Sounds pretty odd to me.

I go out and change my price manually, and they confirmed it appeared on this SQS Report, but it stated I'm the Buy box winner. I asked them to go take a look at the ASIN, on Amazon.com, and tell me what they see. They confirmed, it was not me in the BB. They then proceeded to tell me that if the SQS Report from Amazon, says I'm the BB winner, then I need to contact Amazon, and get that fixed.

Does that sound like the proper line of action, to get a Repricing Software Package, to reprice properly?

Anyone have BQool experience?....so far, I'd say stay away from it, to anyone looking, but I'm wondering if there's any experienced users of it, out here....
