Hi team i was applied SAFE-T claim for this order 408-8973891-9913910 customer return the item that box is damage packing seal is damage. Price of the item is 84.39 and SAFE-T claim team Granted 10.79 AED what is this jock the shipping price more then Granted amount if they have to Granted me they should have to Granted me the full amount otherwise they refuse to grante but this is not setisfied amount they give me.

Please investigate and evaluated again otherwise change your evaluation team they are very unsetisfied evaluate the goods unexperience.

extremly unhappy for thr decision of 10.79 AED even amount is 84.39
