Inconsistent Invoice Verification – Inauthentic Complaints

Hello Sellers,

We’re currently dealing with a frustrating issue and would really appreciate any insights from others who may have experienced something similar.

Our account was deactivated due to Inauthentic product complaints. We source our products from multiple reliable suppliers.

Here’s the issue:

For some ASINs, we submitted invoices from Supplier A and Supplier B, and Amazon accepted them.

However, for other complaints, we sent invoices from the same suppliers, but received the response: "Amazon could not verify your supplier."

We’re struggling to understand this inconsistency. If a supplier was verified and accepted in one case, why would the same supplier suddenly be unverifiable in another?

Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you resolve it?

Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

dear seller this is the most interesting and frustrating scenario. whenever we go for the approval purpose then most of the time amazon did not evaluate the supplier and approved for the certain brands easily. but when you get some complaints regarding the certain branded products then it takes strict regulations to verify the supplier authenticity and reputability so its better to verify your supplier that he is authorized or not before making a purchase otherwise you can face this problem multiple times
