Inventory Lost by Amazon – No Reimbursement or Final Decision

Hello Sellers,

Shipment id : FBA15KRB1P1R

Case open : 11528555722

I need some advice and guidance.

I sent a shipment of 20 units to Amazon FBA. According to the shipment records, Amazon received the units, and for a short period, they were even available for sale. However, now all of them have completely disappeared from my inventory.

Currently, there is not a single unit showing in my inventory. I contacted Seller Support, but so far, I have not received a final decision or any reimbursement for the lost inventory.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? What steps did you take that helped resolve it?

Any suggestions or advice on how to escalate this matter would be highly appreciated.

I've checked the Case 11528555722 and I see indeed there is currently an ongoing investigation. Please follow-up within the case and once a response is received the communication will be sent there.

I see too many stories like this on the forums with little to no support or reimbursements for sellers. Its really the main reason we have avoided moving to FBA model. As a small business, we cannot afford lost/stolen inventory, unpaid damages, and other system glitches that go days and weeks unresolved by seller support.

I hope your case gets resolved and you get your stock back, or at least reimbursement for the loss.

i sent 11 units after 2 days of active my 9units are show in carrer and amazon customer service says on 17 sep will be active on 18 amazon convert is disperacy

and now he required invoice this is Amazon bad service

same here, i have lost my units of one of my SKU's, i did not get any reimbursements nor any support from amazon, and currently one of my sku's with 3 units are still showing inbound, and no update from amazon, shipment was sent on 02nd october, still my listing is inactive

Same thing I have return and I didn't recievd the return i have the evidence and safe T-clais declined every evidence i have CASE 12000589732

It seems anazon keep avoiding such request of sellers.

They know it is happening and they know only solution is to avoid such request.

We had faced similar issues and amazon support was pathetic on such cases.

I keep sending reminders after reminders and no replies received.
