Manual verification needed on my Brand Registry Application
I am writing to respectfully request a manual verification for my Brand Registry application for CK GOLD.
I have reviewed the requirements and am confident that my brand meets all necessary criteria for enrollment.
But my application has been rejected over and over with no precise reason since February 2025. Every time, I receive a generic message that says "This decision was made due to one or more of the following reasons".
I hope you will look at this issue and enroll my brand under the Brand Registry.

My name is Sandy from the community manager team.
Upon looking into your application details, it shows that your trademark is under [SUSPENSION PENDING ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW] which means that USPTO has suspected improper submissions.
Brand Registry will not allow enrollment with this status unless this clears. If you have any questions I would suggest reaching out to your attorney or USPTO. You can also review emails and notifications sent in the documents tab of the trademark.
