You can checkout Manage refunds centralized pages where you can find details regarding refunds. If you have a specific Order you'd like me to check, please share the Order ID and any relevant Case ID you've had with Seller Support.

Heyy Solobuy ! I am Amazon seller for past more than 5 years let me explain you what it is and how it works. So while a customer has decided to return any product that he has bought from you Amazon detucts money from your total balance which is totally fine because when the order is being placed and accepted and fullfiled you can seee the order amount would be shown in total balance section. you must habe to file safe- t claims in 24 hours as amazon gives you time to file a complain and prove your case.

Because the sale amount is also automatically processed to your balance as soon as the buyer's payment is complete. even if they still didn't receive the items. It goes both ways
