Why does Quicksend always lose shipments? We had a big number of seller-initiated returns, and QS has lost hundreds of items over the course of half a year. More shipments got lost completely than the number that was delivered even partially.
If before we could be reimbursed, now they just mark shipments as "delivered" and because of Amazon policy there's nothing we can do about it. Amazon doesn't even require any proof of delivery. They've lost 5 of our shipments by now.

most of shipments are not coming back and now one expensive item mentioned returned even it's not showing in return and amazon keep denying safety claim
We've had the same issue. Amazon says the item was delivered and that they have a proof of delivery. When asked to show the proof of delivery, they simply say it's internal and that they cannot share it.
