I dispatched the FBM order for delivery on May 5 and May 6, but the current status shows it has been delivered to the buyer today. Amazon sent me an email stating they will issue a refund related to this order ID 403-4340840-2449968. What is the reason for this? The shipping address is undeliverable, which is the reason for the refund. After 25 days, how is this possible when it already shows the customer received delivery? Why was the refund initiated? Please provide a reason.
