UAE very bad customer service
I wanted to share my frustration with Seller Central UAE. Over the past few weeks, my inventory keeps going missing from the inventory page, but my ads are still running, which has cost me a lot in wasted ad spend. I’ve reached out multiple times, but every time, the issue remains unresolved, and I end up facing the same problem every 4-5 days.It’s really frustrating because it’s affecting my business and burning through my budget with no real response or action from the support team. Honestly, I don’t know what’s going on, but it feels like no one’s taking it seriously, and no one’s actually trying to fix it.I think it’s time this issue is escalated to higher management. Sellers shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of constant back-and-forth with no resolution. If anyone else is going through something similar, I hope we can all raise our voices and get this looked at seriously.

post.i have never encountered such worst customer service ever in my life through out my life this is very nightmare for seller to go through this chat service is so useless that they will tell you to escalate the issue to others & will return with word saying 2 days easily 74 hour etc is amazon ae is really hiring experienced person or is it short of stuff for silly issue to be fixed at the moment taking 3 for days & after that send useless email saying request declined like we seller dont know who to talk to & get resolution fast this is not game we are playing here my store can't place order for days keep waiting agine contacting chat service are worst & the end the chat carelessly without answering because they don't know issue amazon should train their stuff properly & hire more educated stuff to fix some easy technical issues not escalate every time so frustrating & sad if this continues i might stop amazon how come fixing phone number take 3 days for God sake like how .
