My Product Title Changed by itself on the front end (Amazon Store) but Absolutly fine on the back end.
Title says it all. My Product Title Changed by itself on the front end (Amazon Store) but Fine on the back end. Not only that, it has my single product in the listing listed as a Qty of 2. I was told to close the listing while they try to fix it and now my (Rating dropped almost a whole star) and also my (Ranking dropped). Meanwhile people are buying the product like crazy because of the price and to avoid cancellation penalty im giving away 2 products for the price of 1 all because of this glitch. Please Help, Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the post on this @Seller_PPRtt1xBxGUON-- can you help identify if you've looked to update the title through an inventory file at this juncture, or only manually through Seller Central? Additionally, as it sounds like you've already connected with support on this, feel free to send over any open case IDs working on this issue so I can take a closer look at the product details.
