FedEx and UPS Proof of Delivery Photographs

DOES ANYONE ELSE WONDER WHY AMAZON CANNOT FIGURE OUT THAT DENYING A-Z CLAIMS IN THE SELLERS FAVOR FOR ALL LOST ORDER CLAIMS THAT WE HAVE PHOTOGRAPH PROOF OF DELIVERY FOR PROMOTES FRAUD AND BASCIALLY THEFT BY THE CUSTOMERS? WE HAVE THE PROOF SHOWING A PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELVERED TO THEIR ADDRESS AND ALL THE CUSTOMER HAS IS THEIR "WORD" SAYING THEY DID NOT GET IT. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS THAT AMAZON ALWAYS SIDES WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS IN THESE CASES EVEN THOUGH THE REVENE THEY RECEIVE FROM THESE ORDERS COMES FROM US, THE SELLERS. IT MAKES AS MUCH SENSE AS 1+1 = 3.

Photographic proof isn't always proof that it was delivered to the correct address. Was talking to someone recently who was waiting on an order (not from Amazon). Got email notification that the package had been delivered. Went to get it. Wasn't there. Looked at the delivery photo. Does not match at all (wrong color, style and materials). So they went for a walk around the neighborhood to see if they could find where the picture was taken. Nope. Nothing for at least a 3 block radius.

Luckily they were able to convince the seller that the package wasn't actually delivered to the correct address. The carrier had to pull up the GPS to verify.

Hi @Seller_dFrkzKX1Ou3MK,

Tatiana from Amazon here. I do understand your frustration with A-to-Z claims, especially for claims of non-receipt. As @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY pointed out, there sometimes is an explanation for this and we offer these claims as a commitment to our customers that we will make things right in the case something isn't delivered.

I understand Buy Shipping is not a viable option for all sellers, but wanted to make sure you had the help page information on it regardless. Purchasing labels through Amazon Buy Shipping can help protect you against claims such as these since Amazon will take responsibility for delivery issues on orders where shipping was purchased through us.

Again, I do understand your frustration and we do take your concerns seriously. The information and opinions you share here on the forums will be shared with the appropriate teams who manage these policies and processes.
