Unprofessional seller support
One of my products was maliciously purchased by a buyer, resulting in a large number of refunds and unreasonable commissions. Whether it was the abuse of reports on the account page or the reports on the page for getting help, no customer service has contacted me so far.
Moreover, due to the large number of returns from customers, the inventory of this ASIN is also incorrect. When the returned products were sold, there were only a total of FNSKU codes, which I pasted when shipping myself. Why is it that when checking the return records in the warehouse, one ASIN code generates nine corresponding FNSKU codes? I can't find the inventory corresponding to these FNSKU codes.
The platform has always emphasized that the product quantity corresponding to this FNSKU is correct. During the 7 or 8 rounds of communication, I presented data each time to respond, but they just kept insisting that the quantity is correct. They also don't explain why one ASIN return generated nine FNSKU codes. Even some official customer service provided incorrect data, which is not professional at all. I think they are just deceiving the sellers.
