Easy Ship No Show
Is anyone else experiencing severe issues with EasyShip courier pickups? Nearly every order this year has been picked up late and starting April, they fail to show-up altogether.
We have submitted several collection delay forms, raised support tickets and even visited the Amazon HQ to find answers for the constant delays and no-shows but no one can assure us the service we subscribe to, and pay for, will work as intended.
There are instances where we are contacted by the courier service for our location, despite having pickups at the same address for years, and they still fail to show up.
On some occasions, Seller Support has refused to remove cancellation fees by citing arbitrary reasons such as not submitting the delayed pickup form or not raising a support ticket on time to shift blame for their courier service issues. There would be no need for these steps if EasyShip functioned properly.
This is a recurring issue that has led to lost orders, cancellation fees, unhappy customers and lower account health scores so anyone who was able to resolve or is facing similar issues is welcome to share their input.
