Wake up Amazon! Easy Ship is ruining your reputation
honestly, easy ship is the worst logistics i've ever seen in my life
always be late to pick up, sometimes after 1 day, sometimes after 3 days, sometimes even don't come, which causes the users cancelation. yes, we don't need to pay cancelation fee, we don't lose money, but we lose our customers
when easy ship lost our stuff, we raised a reimbursement, luckily it's approved, but the funny thing is we still pay easy ship a shipment fee!!! excuse me? what? why we still pay them? in order to thank their effort to lose our stuff?
all the easy ship guys are rude. coz they're not amazon's employees, amazon has no control and no management on them. they know you have no where to complain them, and amazon never deduct their salaries even they didn't do their job
amazon, plz wake up and open your eyes, your outsourcing partner is ruining your reputation. all the easy ship did is NOT aligning with amazon's value and vision at all. the customers are always the first, but imagine what they'll feel when they wait for a product arriving patiently, but eventually get nothing except a refund due to the delivery issue. they will not lose money, but they will lose trust, both on you and on us!

they must share driver contact number so that we can contact them directly drivers keep changing and when i contact them they say they are in some other area we have to chase them . And mostly they don’t pick which result in late shipment.amazon should assign a task to the driver until the task is not finished amazon should not pay to the drivers if the seller dont show the driver must be at seller location to report to amazon if driver don’t show seller should report to amazon they should create a manifestation or something to be keep things accurate thanks

It is seller responsibility to ship the item, if you have a regular courier you should have his number and if you feel the pickup time on any given day is lapsed and courier didnt call or came you should immediately contact the courier and ask if he is not coming who is assigned to pickup in worst scenario go and do the drop off...

3 orders cancelled last week because no delivery driver arrived. Absolutely appalling by Amazon Easy Ship. My other couriers arrive within 15 minutes sometimes!
All you get in the system, is "fill out the form" - 4 days later after filling out the form at the end of each day, the order gets cancelled. Absolutely infuriating.
Due to the damage this does to my brands reputation I have made all of my products inactive until someone takes this issue seriously and fixes it. Might never sell on Amazon again. Hopefully this move gets them to do something.

I’ve learned that being friendly with the driver really helps — it makes it less likely they’ll forget your shipment. So far, my driver has never missed any of my orders. Lucky me!
