Unexpected Listing Approval Issues for Established Seller on Amazon UAE – Urgent Resolution Needed

I am facing a critical issue with my Amazon UAE seller account, and I urgently seek guidance from fellow sellers and Amazon’s internal teams. My products are listed under my own brand name, and while I have not registered in Amazon Brand Registry, I successfully obtained a GTIN exemption on March 19, allowing me to list and sell my products.

My listings have been active, my account health is excellent, and my customers have provided overwhelmingly positive feedback. There have been no violations, performance notifications, or warnings related to my listings, and my Inventory Performance Index (IPI) is in good standing. Sales have been strong, and everything seemed to be functioning smoothly—until I attempted to restock inventory.

Unexpectedly, I was met with an approval request page. When I submitted the request, Amazon responded that my account was not qualified to list these products. This came as a complete shock, considering I have already been selling these items with success, and there has never been any indication of an issue with my account or product listings.

When I reached out to the Amazon Seller Performance Team, they informed me that inventory eligibility is checked periodically and that certain metrics in my account may have made it ineligible to sell these products. However, when I requested further clarification regarding which specific metrics were causing the issue, I was simply told that it was determined by an internal team—without any transparent explanation.

This lack of clarity and transparency is deeply concerning. As a manufacturer, I have invested significant time, effort, and resources into developing and producing my products. Any disruption to my ability to sell directly affects my business, livelihood, and long-term sustainability. Without a clear reason or actionable steps for resolution, I am left in an uncertain position that jeopardizes years of hard work and investment.

If anyone in the seller community has faced a similar issue or found a way to resolve this problem, please share your experience. Additionally, I humbly request Amazon to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide clear guidance to affected sellers. Transparent communication and actionable solutions are vital for maintaining trust and success within the Amazon marketplace.

I look forward to productive discussions and possible solutions. Let’s work together to ensure fair and efficient processes for sellers.
