I need urgent assistance regarding a missing FBA shipment.

Shipment sent: 15th April 2024

Last FBA update: 2nd May 2024

Missing units: 28

Case ID: 11076741532

Despite multiple emails, chats, and calls, I have not received any response or resolution. This delay is seriously impacting my business operations and inventory planning.

I am requesting the Amazon team to escalate this issue and provide a clear update on the investigation status.

Please look into this as soon as possible.

Have requested the removal of a unit (Hisense 75Q6N) from FBA and get it transported to our warehouse 3 weeks ago but still not received the said unit. Please look into this and do the needful
