Amazon blocked my phone number in the system
A few weeks ago, I tried to call Amazon Support several times, due to an internal problem with the customer service system. Since that day I have been blocked by Amazon with my phone number and only alternative phone numbers work for me.
I try to contact them to get my phone number back into the system, but only AI gives me irrelevant answers. How to solve the problem?

Additionally, instead of calling, have you tried to contact Seller Support by following this link to open a case direct with them? They will have greater view into your account and will be able to help you out.
