Easy Ship No Show Pick up

Does anyone have the contact number or email a person who is responsible for the Easy Ship delivery in Dubai?

As I understood Amazon has 2 types of work. Something called Flex and others. Looks like others nobody is care about them or maybe a person who is responsible for that don't care really.

No Call and No show since 20 of September 2024.

Useless customer support heads always sent the same copy paste respond!!!

In such compete market did not expect that a call to Noon can solve all issues. With Amazon support it takes more than 2 weeks!!!

I already logged more than 6 case with Seller Support - but also no response from their side. Only standard reply. Check account health and for sure its our problem that Amazon cannot fix easy things with pick up orders.

I'm desperate!

We suffered the same issues.

Eventually only solution we found was to do the Drop off ourselves.

Google Maps - "Amazon Drop Off DSH6" in Dubai. Drop off before 7pm, and make sure they scan your packages as "Dropped Off" before you leave.

You will not get any help from Seller Support on this issue. And nobody will give you any number for Easy Ship Logistics Manager to have an honest and open conversation.
