Selling coffee beans in grocery and gourmet category
Hello, I am trying to list our company's coffee beans on Amazon. We have been denied to sell in the grocery and gourmet categories. We are the manufacturer of the product and have attached all the required information for the application. We only sell different types of coffee beans so we are unable to list any other products in another category as our products fall under grocery and gourmet. "You must meet the following seller performance targets:
Order defect rate: < 1%
Pre-fulfillment cancel rate: < 2.5%
Late shipment rate: < 4%"
