Help about fund disbursement after 90 days deactivated

Hello I already did an interview video to verify my identity and submit supply chain on 7 December 2023. Please can you guy give me any update about my funds. I have been waiting since but I still did not receive any update about my fund disbursement. 90 days already passed after deactivation for fund disbursement.I did everything , video verification, submitted supply chains and information about my supplier. I assume this means, you send them an INVOICE from a BRAND APPROVED commercial B2B distributor, not some receipt from Alibaba or Sams club, right?

From this post, I understand that you are appealing for your funds after 90 days of account deactivation. One of the fastest way to reclaim the funds is providing sufficient document to reactivate your account.

Now there is a valid point mentioned here by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI that invoices must be from brand owner instead of distributor. Otherwise, you must be able to provide letter of authorization from the brand stating that the distributor is allowed to sell brand's product.

As you have done the video verification as well, the disbursement team has already been working on your account. You would be able to receive message in performance notification updating you whether the process has been completed or it is still on going. (Menu - Performance - Performance Notification)

Kindly allow the relevant team to handle this and inform you once the review process is finished.
