How to add Keywords for optimization on existing listing

I want to add keywords to my existing listing but I've failed to find an option. Kindly advise how can I add keywords and optimize my existing listing.

Also, I want to know whenever I try to add or change my parent listing it's not allowed to do that. I mean after changing the details I used to click on the save and finish button but it will not work. It only be possible with variations not with the parent listing.

Please help. Thank you

Sounds like your reffereing to back end keywords in the listing details.

If you have authority over the ASIN the data field is:

edit listing>product details>search terms

There are also item type keywords but that is set when the ASIN is created.

Some of us have a platinum keyword data field as well

Hi there @Seller_ol9cgpny7qED2- thanks for asking this here on forums as I imagine there are others out there with similar questions! I wanted to make sure you were armed with this page centered on using search terms effectively. That page also carries instructions for adding keywords and details where the field is located. Can you review if you have the 'Generic keyword' field when you edit the product in Seller Central?

Thanks and please do let me know if you have any other questions!

Best,

Danny
