Now amazon buy boxes out of stock book preventing buyers from buying my instock book.
I've been complaining of other sellers Embody books etc putting up books at much lower prices but they dont have them,. This causes the buyer to have to click on the other sellers and then the buyer has to clear all filters to see the collectable catagory in which my in stock book is listed.
Now amazon has killed my best selling book by taking over the offer with their buy box "temporarily out of stock, order now and we'll ship when its available" ! Its a shot in the dark that the book will actually be available through amazon. I have ordered plenty of books because of the low price and seriously at best maybe 1 out of ten actually become available to amazon.
Amazon pulls this stunt all the time and it leaks me off to no end as a seller.
Thats price fixing and manipulation of the market palin and simple, so cut it out amazon. Stop stopping my sales!

Thanks Amazon for removing that out of stock item from the buy box. Now the sellers who have it are visible.

I took a your latest CASE logs and did not see a CASE ID filed with Selling Partner Support regarding this issue of your listing not appearing as the featured offer despite you having an active listing on the ASIN.
If you have not yet reached out to Selling Partner Support, I would recommend starting there by sharing as much detailed information as possible such as:
- The ASIN affected by not showing up as the shopping cart option
- Screenshots that share the amount of searching and filtering you have to do to find your offer
- Steps you have taken to try and troubleshoot this such as proving you have met the eligibility to become the featured offer
- Any additional information that will help Selling Partner Support with their investigation
