This has been quiet regular recently faced across various sellers. The support team just washing hands saying either it has been denied or already delivered. This is all happening by the same delivery agency I think

I am facing the similar issue. I highly doubt some of delivery persons have teamed up in Qexpress logistics and they are marking high value shipments as unable to deliver.
And they must be selling in after market.
I am ready to file a legal case against Qexpress if anyone of you wants to share legal court expenses let me know lets together take this matter.

actually amazon is taking this easy ship return delivery service by third party cheap courier companies & they were not operating it properly and this is all happening with sellers, raising complain to seller support is also useless as they just provide the copy paste reply of amazon and finally seller suffers with loss...
