ASP360 Program - Bogus/ A failure program of Amazon
This feedback is based on a different account I manage. ASP360 is designed to help sellers grow their sales and gain more insight into the platform. However, during the ongoing Prime Day promotion, our discounted deal prices were not properly reflected on the site, and some listings didn’t even display the Prime tag. Ironically, we experienced better sales on regular days than during what is supposed to be one of Amazon’s biggest promotional events.
Additionally, communication with the assigned account manager has been disappointing. At times, it feels like speaking to a wall, sellers often have a better understanding of the platform than the account managers themselves. It raises concerns about whether the Amazon recruitment team has lowered its standards or is operating under a tighter budget, leading to the hiring of inexperienced, fresh graduates to manage seller accounts.

We concur with Best_Matjar regarding the limited additional benefits of the ASP360 Programme, as it appears to offer similar support to the standard seller support.
We believe the ASP360 team could benefit much from increased authority to make quicker, case-by-case decisions.
We recently experienced a significant delay in receiving payments for two cycles. Although the ASP360 team was instrumental in resolving this technical glitch, it took approximately three weeks.
During this period, our interaction with seller support was a total disaster; their response regarding payment issues was linked with product compliance issue which did not adequately address our concerns.
One of the best point to highlight which was helpful to sellers under the program was free pickup service for FBA inbound and was quick in inbounding the products, unfortunately this service was later introduced with a fee for collection on top of ASP360 fees deducted every month

I totally understand and can relate to this , i was extremly excited about this whole program started by amazon to help the seller accounts but the moment it start it was a failure , no reply's to mail after three week whatsaap number after that when i was trying to follow up with the the third party people they had compltely ghosted me and i thought of talking to amazon people direclty handling the 360 program even they ghosted me with no response from them , absolutely disaster and i am cureenlty so disaappointed by the whole amazon team handling this intititave . plus the account info is been shared with the third party what about that data breach , with permession given they can even access our account .
