PPC Campaign

I've created multiple Amazon PPC campaigns, but my product isn't appearing as sponsored. I'm unsure about the cause of this problem.

Hi @Seller_x8ddntBkHqEwz,

Thanks for bringing this question to the forums. Although you may have created campaigns, you may not be winning the bids on the keywords you have set 100% time, which is normal. It's important to remember that many advertisers might be bidding on the same keywords at any given time.

It's also important to remember, that your ads could be showing up for other customers even if they aren't showing up every time you do a search. The advertisements that customers see are chosen specifically for them based on their shopping history and behaviors.

In addition to the points I provided above, I also wanted to provide a few help pages and resources for you to look through as you continue to get started with your advertising journey:

Additionally, if you suspect there might be a more technical issue, you can always reach out to Ads Support. If you have already reached out to ads support and need help following up on a case, let me know!
