I'm having an issue where customer feedback is not showing up on my account. I know that there are customers that purchased my product and left feedback a couple of days ago, but when I check the Feedback Manager, it still shows 0 reviews.

Amazon's support tool gives me the only option: to agree with the the useless articles. I'm losing it.
