Brand Registration in UAE

Hi, hope everything is Fine, i need some information regarding brand registration, i have valid trade mark in USA can i use that trade mark in UAE Account for brand registry or i have to take trade mark from UAE, thanks All.

Thank you for your post. To be eligible for Brand Registry, your brand must have one of the following:

  • An active registered trademark in each country where you would like to enroll
  • A pending trademark application that is filed through Amazon IP Accelerator
  • A trademark that is pending registration in a subset of accepted trademark offices.
