Request to Resolve Inauthentic Product Removal for Our Own Brand Listing
Amazon has removed our product due to authenticity issues. When we try to resolve it by clicking on “Fix Listing,” it asks us to request approval through a link. However, it's currently not accepting the application. The brand is our own, and no one else is selling this brand — we are the only ones selling it. What is the solution to this? How can we resolve this issue? We have also opened a case with Amazon, but we have not received any authentic response from their side.

I am facing the same issue, I haven't registered on Brand registry yet, but my products have my branding and still amazon is asking for approval for my products, even the products has good sales and good customer response, and my account health and IPI and other metrics are in good condition but still amazon is saying that my account is not eligible to list this product, though my listing is still active and I can sell it through FBM but I am unable to replenish the inventory to FBA. as far as I think recently amazon has updated it's system and right after those updates I am facing this issue. I have tried my best to resolve it with amazon customer support but even they don't know what is going on and they are unable to resolve this issue.
