Hey everyone

I've been an Amazon UAE Seller for almost 2 years however I don't have much sales history as my plan didn't go as I planned :) So I established my company in UAE and obtained necessary licenses, permits etc. and opened my seller account. I was going to sell coffee, which is my brand and has TradeMark in US, Turkey and Europe but not in UAE. On my seller account, I identify as Brand Owner and Eligible for full benefits however I'm not eligible to sell coffee as Grocery Category is gated for me. So far, nothing I've done worked. Yes, I have LOA, Invoice and all and I submitted them countless times but no luck. So what exactly am I supposed to do? I even got the Certificate from Dubai Municipality for my coffee, which means I'm allowed to sell in UAE but apparently not on Amazon. So please, if someone knows what to do exactly because it's been almost 2 years and I'm still stuck with this problem. I planned everything on selling coffee.
