Customers are smarter now, researching deeply to find the latest products at the lowest prices. This puts pressure on sellers, especially with rising returns and tighter margins. For branded products, Amazon often takes the Buy Box, making it harder for third-party sellers to compete. We’ve also noticed sales are increasingly tied to major events, with quieter periods in between. During those high-traffic times, we’re forced to lower prices even more to stay competitive.
