Need help with removing negative product review

Hello,

We need help with removing a negative product review on one of our products that goes against Amazon's community guidelines. We don't want to post the specifics publicly but we have not had anyone contact us back in regards to removal. Amazon's guidelines for product reviews are as below:

What's not allowed

Seller, order, or shipping feedback

We don't allow reviews or questions and answers that focus on:

Sellers and the Customer Service they provide

Ordering issues and returns

Shipping packaging

Product condition and damage

Shipping cost and speed

Why not? Community content is meant to help customers learn about the product itself, not an individual experience ordering it. We definitely want to hear your feedback about sellers and packaging, but not in reviews or questions and answers.

We can note the review in private message or case and give details as well. The customer left a one star product review that mentions shipping/ordering issues with USPS. They also comment on the sellers and the customer service they provide. Also, we will note this review has false information in it. The customer contacted us almost 2 months after their package was delivered. We gave them a couple options for refund or replacement but then wrote we did not in the review. There is message history as well. Since past 30 days, we willingly were being nice to the customer and that can be seen in the messages. We don't even allow returns in regards to the type of product it is.

According to Amazon's Guidelines, this review is prohibited and we request the removal by a moderator please. If you need the ASIN and the exact review and order number, we can provide that to you.

We had great success and help last time we used the Seller Forum. We appreciate your help and let us know if you need any further information.

I do see our team is currently working with you through that case, which appears to have just been re-opened recently. While these investigations may take some time, I do see the review was left recently, our team will provide further updates through that case when possible.

Please do let me know when our team resolves that case though, in case I can help answer any questions, or apply an escalation as it becomes possible.
