i have around more than 1000 products with lowest price but can't get featured offer

I have 2 stores located in CA and UAE.
CA store has lots of featured offer products but on UAE my lowest offers are around %75 of my inventory but still no featured offers (buybox).
Can an admin please check if there is a bug or a problem with my store?

Thanks for your post.
There are a number of conditions that must be met in order to become eligible to become the Featured Offer. I have to add, that even if you meet the eligibility requirements for the Featured Offer it doesn’t guarantee that you will get featured.
