Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

We would like to inform you that due to the current ongoing circumstances, we are unable to process the recent orders received.

These orders were expected to be processed under the Easy Ship method. However, they have been assigned under Self-Ship. Processing them under Self-Ship will significantly increase our operational costs and result in double expenses for us.

Therefore, we kindly request you to cancel these orders from Amazon’s end, as we are unable to fulfill them under the current shipping method. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and request your support in resolving this matter at the earliest.

Please do the needful and confirm once the orders have been canceled.

Dear Amazon team and all,

1) Is there any legal clause in the seller service agreement which grants Amazon the unilateral right to unlist FBA items from sellers' catalogue?

If yes, can someone share the legal clause please? In the case this was result of a direction from government, can you also please share a copy of the directive?

2) Additionally, on what basis are FBA products chosen to become temporarily unlisted? is it essential vs non-essential, location, F&B, or what exactly is your mechanism to determine what to keep and what to unlist?

Half of my inventory is unlisted and my sale is stopped so I need some proper formal documentation instead of the email comms received by Amazon FBA team.

I have also lost much spending on advertising and would probably pause for some time.

Account Deactivation Complaint of authenticity

My account on Amazon has been closed due to a brand product, product, ASIN: |B0D6YKCPW4|, Brand: |Paco, for which I do not have the invoices. The main reason is that the distributor from where I bought the product gave me fake products and I did not know about it at all and I did not do it intentionally but the distributor cheated me. Now I admit my mistakes to my mother that I made a mistake. Now I have started working with a new distributor who has a completely branded product and I also checked with them. They also have an authorization letter for Harbrain, but Amazon is not accepting any of my appeals nor is my appeal being reviewed. Please help me.

Anyone can help me it would be appreciated.

Hi everyone,

Our inbound shipment to the UAE FC had a confirmed appointment on Mar 5, and we already received the confirmation letter.

However, the system suddenly rescheduled the appointment to Mar 14 automatically, even though we did not request any change.

The cargo is already ready for delivery, so this 9-day delay will significantly impact inventory availability.

Has anyone else experienced FC appointments being automatically pushed back like this recently?

Is there any way to request the original slot back or get an earlier appointment?

MY account has been deactivated since 2 years ago still i try to activate but i cant the issue is my other account was deactivated due to faced logistics issue by supplier . i provide many clarification about this but they are not accepting, kindly help me to activate that account

they asking order tracking detail by self ship with customer proof of recieving how i can provide this . becouse that account was new in marketplace when i get 4 orders all orders was cancelled due to logistics isssue by my supplier . thats why the account was deactivated..

account suspended...for no reason

We are a seller on amazon.ae since 2019 on amazon. Recently our amazon.es account suspended. They need the video verification/interview. We never intent to sell on amazon.es. We never did log

in or submit any document on amazon Europe region or es market to get the selling privileges.

There is no activity done on amazon spain in last 6 year. Because of the account suspension in es(spain)

our amazon US account was also suspended. why this happening for a marketplace where i did no activity/ or even in any eu market place.

Safe T claim

Hi,

We are selling in Dubai and recently started for KSA and we were new to that platform since its all by flex to KSA and one fine day i got to notice that some customers refunded from my statement and when i see i didn't get those returns back to my warehouse and i contacted UAE seller support and they say to contact KSA seller support back and forth so far no resolution and at last i filed Safe T claim in hope to get some claim for these losses because those are five high value laptops. So first they refused saying that these are extend 60 days period for some orders and only for one order they said it will take 7 days after denied that also without provide any details. And the inventory showing delivered to their AUH1 warehouse from KSA which i asked them to deliver to me i don't want refund just return me my inventory and no resolution from seller support. So Finally we stopped our KSA store since we lost more money on it. Nobody try to even help. We are small seller started a year ago and face such losses and nobody shows empathy. Disheartning.
