    No Easyship FBM Pickups Since Eid Holidays

    We are noticing that no one is picking our orders since Eid holidays. The previous courier tells us that he got assigned to a new area and no replacement assigned so far.

    We are losing orders everyday. We even raised a seller support case but still no action. They just keep telling us to fill up the Easy Ship collection delay form.

    Payment Tab Not Updating After Order Pickup

    Can someone enlighten me? Whenever I dispatch an order and the driver picks it up, the Payment tab on my seller dashboard usually updates right away with my total balance. Since yesterday, though, it hasn't been updating. Were there any recent changes, or have I just been noticing it wrong all along? New seller here, active for only a month.

    orders not appearing in my payment transactions

    I shipped orders on June 5 and 6, 2026, but when I go to Payments > Transactions, I can't find it listed there. I have already investigated on my end but couldn't locate the transaction. Could you please look into why this order is not appearing in my payment transactions?

    Pending Amount with Amazon

    I believe that we are not only one seller who are facing challeges to get our pending money from Amazon due to our seller deactivated.

    Last 6 months our seller account deactivated by Amazon for some certain reason by time we have some pending amount with Amazon, due to seller account deactivated we can't withdrawl money and need to wait for 90days. Now when we request to amazon for withdrawl money we shocked that our account is negative balance. so where our money gone ?

    Amazon charging for storage fee, when we want to removed inventory, we can't removed due to deactive account.

    @Amazon Team we dont care what AI software you are using and things happend due to all AI tools.

    We have to answer and return our money back , we dont to do business with you.

    Order Cancelled Due to Amazon Pickup Failure

    Hello Amazon Seller Support,

    We noticed that a cancellation charge has been deducted for an Easy Ship order that was automatically cancelled.

    The order was packed and ready for pickup within the required timeline. However, the Amazon Easy Ship driver did not arrive to collect the package before the cancellation deadline. The cancellation occurred due to a pickup failure on Amazon's side, not due to any action or delay from our side.

    We also received a notification regarding ongoing Easy Ship pickup delays, stating that affected orders and related impacts would be waived.

    Therefore, we request a review of this case and the reversal/refund of the cancellation charge that was deducted from our account.

    Please confirm when the charge has been removed and that this cancellation will not affect our performance metrics or Account Health.
