This help page covers the step-by-step process on how to view the status of a SAFE-T claim.
To view the status of a SAFE-T claim filed by you:
Visit the Manage SAFE-T Claims page. You will
find this in Seller Central by clicking on Orders > Manage SAFE-T
Claims.
On the Manage SAFE-T Claims page, you can search for the status
of a SAFE-T Claim using the SAFE-T Claim ID, Order ID, RMA ID or ASIN.
If you are not using the Search option, you can look up for the
SAFE-T Claims you filed in the last 30 days by toggling to the All
tab on the Manage SAFE-T Claims page. You need to select the
appropriate date range filters on claim date in case your claim was filed more than 30
days ago.
