Enter the Order ID for which you want to file a SAFE-T Claim and click the
Check Eligibility button.
If your Order ID is eligible for a SAFE-T Claim, a form will be shown where you will
need to input the claim details.
Provide the reason for filing SAFE-T Claim and upload supporting documents as
Describe your issue in detail in the description box.
Read and acknowledge the SAFE-T policy by clicking on the check box, and then click on
the Submit SAFE-T Claim button to file the claim successfully.
Once the claim has been submitted, you will receive an email notification from Safe-T-Review@amazon.ae. Any future correspondence on this claim should be
actioned only by replying to this email notification.
Any communication related to SAFE-T Claims will be sent to the email address
configured in Seller Central for receiving 'Claims Notifications'. Click here to view or edit
the Claims Notifications email address.
All SAFE-T Claims should be filed within 7 calendar days from the date the shipment
was marked as ‘returned/delivered to seller’ in Seller Central.
All appeals on resolved SAFE-T Claims should be made within 5 business days from the
last resolution date. Any appeal filed after 5 business days will not be actioned upon.
