The orders that you receive for Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) enrolled offers are tagged as Prime orders. You can use the Control Prime order volume tab (Enable or disable Prime button and Prime order limit per estimated ship date (ESD)) to effectively manage your daily SFP order volume.
If you are unable to meet the SFP program requirements due to exceptional circumstances, (for example: any operational issues, public holidays, or curfews), you can use the Enable or Disable Prime option in the Control Prime order volume tab to temporarily disable the Prime badge for your SFP enrolled offers. You will still continue to receive Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery (One-Day) and other Amazon Easy Ship orders. However, these orders will not be Prime tagged. During this time, you should adhere to the Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery and other Amazon Easy Ship order processing timelines. This does not impact your account’s Prime eligibility or performance metrics. Turning on the slider restores the Prime badge for your SFP enrolled offers.
You can use this functionality to control your daily Prime (SFP) order volume. You can use the Prime Order Limit per ESD option in the Control Prime order volume to override your daily order limit. This limit applies only to your Prime orders received and not your other orders. After this limit is reached, the Prime badge is disabled for the enrolled SKUs. The Prime badge is restored only after the next order cutoff time (i.e. at next estimated ship date start time) for SFP orders. Estimated ship date is the “Ship by date’’ which can be found on your order detail page.
Both the Enable or Disable Prime button and the Prime Order Limit per ESD option removes the Prime badge for your SFP enrolled offers only. You however continue to receive Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery (One-Day Delivery) and other Amazon Easy Ship orders.
This functionality can be used to manage your daily Prime order volume efficiently and would also be important for you during peaks. You can change the existing limits at any time. In case your daily limit is exhausted and you increase or decrease the limit value, the change will only be effective from the next order cut-off time.
The functionality of the enable or disable Prime button allows you to remove the Prime badge from your SFP enrolled offers at near-real time. You should only use this functionality in case of any exceptional circumstances or when you want to temporarily disable only SFP for your seller account. You will continue to receive Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery (One-Day Delivery) and other Amazon Easy Ship orders. You should not switch off the ‘Prime Interested/Enabled’ slider in such cases. This slider should be used only in case you want to permanently opt out of the SFP program.
Your daily SFP order limit will be auto refreshed on the next order cutoff time set for SFP orders.
The order limit is defined for a given ‘Ship By date’ (Estimated Ship Date)'. For holidays, the orders are combined with the next ‘Ship By date’ (Estimated ship date). For example, the combined Prime orders from Thursday (post order cutoff after 1p.m.) and up to Saturday order cut-off before 1p.m. are limited to the set order limit.
On disabling Prime, the Prime badge will not be shown for any offers. Any additional orders that you get for Amazon Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery or Amazon Easy Ship won’t be counted against your daily limit. However, there will be no change on the set Prime order limit. The limits will remain as set by you and will resume once Prime is enabled.
