As an Amazon Seller you can list your products in bulk using Amazon standard Bulk Listing templates. Amazon now offers support with these tools and can help at any point in your product listing journey. You can contact us by email or arrange a call with us.
How can I get support with bulk listings?
If you have the GTIN, EAN, or Amazon ASIN for your products, download and complete the Inventory Loader template found here.
If you don’t have the GTIN, EAN, or Amazon ASIN for your products, download and complete the New Products Listing template which can be found here. Add your product information and complete all attributes.
Either send an email to Listing-creation-services-SC@amazon.com attaching the completed file and adding merchant token as the email subject or book a phone session with one of our associates here.
For emails we will respond within 1 business day confirming your request for processing or asking for additional information. For phone sessions we will discuss next steps during your scheduled call time.
Once we have processed your request, we will send you an email with a list of the ASINs created, confirming the successful listing. The email will include a file to update your prices and quantities for each of the created ASINs. You can then upload this file via Seller Central here.
How long does it take?
Once we have all required information how long it will take to create the listings depends on how many SKUs you are looking to create. Indication of timescales is below, although it can take longer, if we have high demands for support or if there are unexpected complications with your listing.

Who is responsible for accuracy of the listing information?
We create listings based on the information that you provide us. Amazon does not validate the accuracy of that information or take any liability for the contents of listings. It is important that you ensure that the information you provide is accurate and all attributes are correct for the products that you are looking to list.
