Error 300204

We could not access the media at URL !{imageUrl}. A 204 HTTP status code was received. Check your server configuration to ensure the media is publicly accessible.

This error occurs when:

• The server successfully processed the request and is not returning any content.

Our systems try several times to retrieve the media from the specified URL, but in some cases, all attempts fail. To fix this error, try this:

• Ensure that the media server is following HTTP protocol and returning the correct response code.
• Ensure that the file is accessible from a browser with a computer that is on a different network than the media server.
