You must first fulfill all Seller Fulfilled Prime orders and Guaranteed Delivery orders, followed by other Amazon Easy Ship Delivery orders through the existing Amazon Easy Ship pick-up process. To select all Seller Fulfilled Prime orders and Guaranteed Delivery orders, use the Quick Filters option under Manage Orders.
You must adhere to the following for order scheduling and pick-up for the Seller Fulfilled Prime program:
Schedule pick-up for the Prime orders received by 1 p.m. (GST) in your system by 1:45 p.m. on the same day for pickup from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and ensure the package is ready for pick up by 2 p.m. of the same day at the latest.
Amazon will pick up all Prime orders along with other Amazon Easy Ship delivery orders from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (GST) on the same day.
Once your Prime orders have been picked-up, you can track the order status in the same manner as you do for any other Amazon Easy Ship order.
You can continue to use the bulk scheduling feed file to schedule guaranteed orders.
Note: For Seller Fulfilled Prime and Guaranteed Delivery orders, our system ignores your item handling time, essentially setting it to zero days. This means that the Estimated Ship Date (ESD) will be the same date as the day you receive a Prime order (or the next business day if the date of order placement is not a business day)
Important: Amazon Easy Ship Prime and Guaranteed Delivery orders are auto-canceled after Estimated Ship Date (ESD) + 1 day if they are not scheduled for pickup or if pickup is scheduled but the item is not handed over to a pickup associate. The customer will be notified, and you will be charged a fee in that case.
For other Amazon Easy Ship orders, the item handling time will by as per default or a handling time set by you.
