If the price is not changing in Automate Pricing as expected, verify that your listing meets all necessary criteria.
If the SKU is inactive, it will not reprice or surface in Automate Pricing.
Automate Pricing honors the last price that you set if you adjust the price through feeds, Manage Inventory, or third party repricing software.
To find out if your SKU was paused due to a manual price update:
Automate Pricing does not reprice offers that have active promotions or a sale price.
If there is a green box around the field in the Price column, the offer is running a sale price.
Automate Pricing only changes the price of an offer if all of the rule criteria match. For example, if you set a “match low price” rule and already match the lowest price, your price will not change.
To verify whether the SKU is being repriced by Automate Pricing:
If the SKU has a rule name assigned in the “rule name” field and the action button shows “move/stop,” then the SKU is actively repriced. Otherwise, the SKU is not currently assigned.
