Administrator Permissions for Selling Services on Amazon

Assigning administrator permissions to select technicians allows them to perform the following actions on your account:

  • View and claim new jobs
  • Manage service locations
  • Manage services and price estimates
  • Complete orders

Note: Technicians with administrator permissions will also be able to view and claim new jobs through the Selling Services on Amazon Technician app.

How to enable administrator permissions


  1. Log into your Seller Central account.
  2. Under Profile, go to Manage Staff.
  3. Identify the technician and click Edit.
  4. Place a check mark next to They assign, estimate and/or claim jobs and click Save.
